2018 "Dalian Cup" International Youth Clothing Design Competition Held

On the evening of 13, the 2018 "Dalian Cup" International Youth costume design competition was held at Z28 fashion Silicon Valley, Dalian.

After the selection, 37 players took part in the final of the evening with their own works.

Vice mayor Jin Guowei participated in the presentation and awarded the final prize winners.

This year's "Dalian Cup" is co sponsored by the China Fashion Designers Association and the Dalian Municipal People's government.

The purpose of the competition is to attract top international design talents to gather in Dalian to develop Northeast Asia.

This year, the theme of the Dalian Cup International Youth clothing design competition is "new era design". After 3 months of manuscripts, more than 1200 entries have been received. After the first review and publicity, there were 37 athletes and works (24 college group and 13 professional group).

Among them, 16 overseas international athletes are from Italy, Britain, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, China, Hongkong, China Macao, China Taiwan and other countries and regions.

Based on the structure of the two groups of colleges and occupations, 1 gold, silver and bronze medals were set up respectively, including 6 Awards and several excellent prizes.

One of the professional events has been successfully held for 26 sessions, with nearly 40 thousand players participating. Nearly 1000 people entered the finals. Many excellent designers were produced and one of the cradles of Chinese fashion designers.
