Some enterprises use fabrics provided by customers, and enterprises do not care about the composition of fabrics; some enterprises purchase fabrics in the market, only focus on appearance quality, ignore intrinsic quality, and lack of verification methods; some enterprises do not understand fiber types, and often mistake the name of fiber.
Fiber composition and content is one of the important contents of clothing quality, and also the main concern of consumers in buying clothes.
The United States, Japan, the European Union and other countries and regions have already formulated detailed technical regulations, and have clearly stipulated the label of fiber components of clothing.
To this end, the inspection and quarantine department reminds export garment manufacturers that, in terms of fabric fiber content and content, first, we must carefully check the procurement of fabrics, select reliable suppliers, and make technical verification when necessary.
The two is to provide fabric to customers, to identify ingredients to see whether it is consistent with the ingredients labels.
Three, it is a multi component blend product that is prone to excessive fiber composition and content. It can be entrusted to the inspection and quarantine department for testing, and then the ingredient label will be made according to the test results.
